P0 allows text-only wishes and optional links in low-risk categories: greetings, seeing from afar, local info, small online help, language help, and community care.

Prohibited or strong-review content includes payments, rewards, donations, transactions, offline meetings, rides, home visits, physical delivery, precise locations, private contact details, minors' information, emergency or dangerous activity, professional advice, harassment, stalking, doxxing, scams, impersonation, adult, hate, violent, illegal, self-harm, or dangerous challenge content.

Links may be reviewed or blocked, especially if they collect private information, request payment, contain illegal content, or move unsafe activity off-platform.
